i heart bittman
i’ve been loving everything mark bittman writes lately. and this little gem that showed up in my rss this morning is no exception. everyone ought to have a copy of how to cook everything as its the most comprehensive encyclopedia-like book on food ever.
please advise once you have tried said concoction.
